• 1.2 Prohibited Content: The Vendor is prohibited from uploading content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, tardemarks or copyrights of third-party. Northex reserves the right to remove any listings found to be in voilation of these standards without prior notice.
• 1.3 SEO Compliance: To maintain the integrity of the Marketpalce's Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Northex reserves the right to edit, reformat or reject product descriptions that are deemed "thin content," contain excessive keyword stuffing or are identified as duplicate text already existing on the internet.
• 1.4 Lincense to use: By uploading content to the platform, the vendor grants Northex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and promote said content for marketing and search engine indexing purposes.
